Assistant Principal's Message
Dear Students, Parents, and Community Members,
I am thrilled to serve as the Silver Lake Regional Middle School Assistant Principal. At SLRMS, our students are properly prepared to be 21st Century thinkers using critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication to develop their decision-making and problem solving skills.
The teachers and administration hold the highest standards for all students at SLRMS. High levels of achievement in a safe and respectful environment that honors diversity help create a positive learning environment where all students feel enthusiastic about their school experiences. It is our goal that each child will reach their greatest potential both academically and behaviorally, along with providing all students with the requisite knowledge and skills for success in the academic/technical, workplace readiness, and personal/social domains
The middle school’s educational programs and co-curricular activities allow students to explore their interests and have new experiences out of their comfort zone. One way to improve academic achievement is by participating is some of the school events and activities that occur. I strongly encourage students and families to take advantage of the wide variety of activities that take place throughout the school year.
The collaboration with the staff, students, families, and community members at Silver Lake Regional Middle School creates a culture that promotes the philosophy of life-long learning. It is my belief that this is the type of culture where all members of our school community can thrive.
